For A Double bvba (hereinafter referred to as "A Double", "we" or "us") your privacy and that of your customers is essential. This privacy statement (hereafter referred to as "Privacy Statement") applies to, among other things, (i) our websites www.scoreexpress.be, app.scoreexpress.be and demo.scoreexpress.be (hereafter referred to as “Website”) and (ii) all relations between A Double and its customers and partners.

A Double wants to emphasize that it always tries to act in accordance with the GDPR legislation. This Privacy Statement contains, among other things, information about the personal data that A Double collects, as well as about the way in which A Double uses and processes this personal data. Visiting the Website, creating an account, and creating a demo account to use the demo of A Double implies your explicit approval (by means of communication of your personal data or opt-in) of the Privacy Statement and thus the way we collect, use and process your personal data. Please read this Privacy Statement in conjunction with the A Double cookie policy.

Types of personal data

A Double can collect and process the following data about users: name, first name, organization, address, e-mail address, telephone number (fixed / mobile), user name, password. A Double can collect and process the following data about athletes: name, first name, gender, date of birth and results of competitions. A Double also automatically collects anonymous information regarding the use you make of the Website and the services of A Double via the Platform and/or the App. A Double will, for example, automatically log which parts you visit from the Website, the Platform and/or the App, which web browser you use, which website you visited when you got access to the Website, as well as your IP address. We cannot identify you on the basis of this data, but it allows A Double to compile statistics regarding the use of the Website, the Platform and/or the App, as well as to send more targeted communication.

Ways of collecting personal data

The user data is collected at resp. in the context of: • Creating a (demo) account • A collaboration with A Double • Visit of the Website • The use you make of the services of A Double through the Platform and/or the App, whether or not via a mobile device • Registering for the newsletter (whether or not via the Website) • Verification of your identity (eg when you call on the A Double customer service or recover your password) • Correspondence to and from A Double • Communicating to A Double ideas about the improvement of the services, the Platform and/or the App The personal data collected by A Double are thus expressly and voluntarily provided by you.

The data of the athletes are collected at resp. in the context of: • the execution of a competition • Downloading a report of the results of a competition • The data of the athletes collected by A Double are provided by one or more of the users of your organization under the responsibility of the Account Admin.

Use of personal data

A Double can use your user data for: • The creation of a (demo-) account and the confirmation thereof • Providing the services of A Double through the Platform and/or the App • The execution of an agreement with A Double • Providing support • Sending targeted information and updates • Sending invoices and the collection of payments • Optimizing the quality, management and content of the Website, the Platform and/or the App • Statistical purposes • Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and other surveys

A Double can use the data of the athletes for: • Providing the services of A Double through the Platform and/or the App • The execution of an agreement with A Double • Optimizing the quality, management and content of the Platform and/or the App • Statistical purposes & scientific research • Conducting surveys

Disclosure of personal data to third parties

A Double will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless it is necessary for the provision of the services of A Double and the optimization thereof (such as but not limited to maintenance works, payment processing, database management). If it is necessary for A Double to disclose your personal information to third parties in this context, the third party in question is obliged to use your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Statement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is possible that A Double may disclose your personal data to the competent authorities (i) if A Double is obliged to do so by law or in the context of juridical or future court proceedings and (ii) for indemnification and defense of our rights. In all other cases A Double will not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless it has (i) obtained your permission and (ii) has concluded a data processing agreement with the third party concerned, which contains the necessary guarantees regarding confidentiality and privacy your personal data.

Storage of personal data

Unless a longer retention period is required or justified (i) by law or (ii) by compliance with another legal obligation, A Double will only keep your personal data for the period necessary for the achievement and fulfillment of the goals, such as described in the Privacy Statement under 'use of personal data'.

Your privacy rights

If you wish to appeal to your privacy rights, as set out below, please contact us via info@hylyght.com: • Right to access the personal data that A Double may have about you; • Right to rectification, completion or update of your personal data; • Right to delete your personal data ('right to be forgotten'); • Right to a limitation of the processing of your personal data; • Right to transfer your personal data; • Right of objection / opposition to the processing of your personal data. In principle, you can exercise these rights free of charge via e-mail. You can also use your account to update, change and/or verify your personal details - which you had to provide when you created your (demo) account. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or information about our services, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button, as provided in each A Double newsletter.

Protection of personal data

A Double is committing to take reasonable, physical, technological and organizational precautions in order to prevent (i) unauthorized access to your personal data, as well as (ii) loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data. A Double will store all personal data it has collected in the cloud (Amazon Web Services). Notwithstanding the security policy of A Double, the controls it carries out and the actions it imposes in this context, an infallible level of security cannot be guaranteed. No method of transfer or retransmission via the Internet nor any method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so A Double cannot guarantee absolute security in this context. Finally, the security of your (demo) account will also depend on the confidentiality of your password to gain access to the Platform and/or the App. A Double will never ask for your password, so you are not obliged to communicate this yourself. If you have nevertheless communicated your password to a third party - for example because this third party has suggested to offer additional services - this third party will gain access to your (demo) account and your personal data via your password. In that case you are personally responsible for the actions that are taken by the use made of your (demo) account. A Double strongly advises you to immediately change your password and contact us in case you assume that someone has gained access to your (demo) account.

Cross-border processing of personal data

Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to a recipient who is domiciled or established in a country that is not covered by an adequacy decision, issued by the European Commission, will be governed by provisions of a data transfer agreement, which includes (i) the standard contractual clauses, as stipulated in the 'Decision of the European Commission of 5 February 2010 (Decision 2010/87 / EC)' and the Annex to the COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, or (ii) any other mechanism under the privacy legislation or any other regulation concerning the processing of personal data.

Update of Privacy Statement

A Double is entitled to update this Privacy Statement by posting a new version on the Website. In this context, it is highly recommended to regularly consult the Website and the relevant page on which the Privacy Statement is displayed to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
