Since you probably have your data already available from another application or just in a file, the best option to get it into the scoring system is to import it.
ScoreExpress offers import function for participating clubs/teams, gymnasts, judges, sessions as well as starting orders.
The other way around, most of the data prepared in the scoring software can be exported both CSV (for spreadsheet processing) and PDF formats, including results (regular for publication, or with all scoring details for judge evaluation), starting orders, participant lists and judge panels.
There are also API's available to support integration with your other information systems.
